There’s nothing better than some relaxing yoga sessions to counterbalance the chaotic week, particularly if the classes are free.

If headstands and chill sounds like your idea of good time, head on over to the third edition of Life’n One’s Wellness Weekend on October 20th-21st. Here yoginis on a budget will find classes, creative sessions, and talks on topics spanning from hypnotherapy to nutrition. Best of all, it’s all totally free.
Classes on offer including vinyasa yoga, which is fast-paced and ideal for those people who want a vigorous workout, and yin-yang yoga, which will help you calm your body and unwind. Iyengar yoga and kundalini yoga classes will also be taught, along with Reformer Pilates classes. Kids aren’t left out either, as there are sessions just for them.
Expert talks on a variety of subjects are also open to all. Arguing with your mum? Check out ‘Is it really worth considering healing the relationship with your mother?’. Toddler tantrums? Book a spot for ‘Is your child a sensitive crystal child?’.
The plant-based Life’n One Café will serve up a tasting menu of organic, along with live music, pop-up shops, and entertainment throughout the weekend.
