There are three different forms of these pop-up fitness units: mobile gyms, mobile urban, and mobile fitness and they’ll be open from 7am-9pm as part of the recently-launched Dubai Fitness Challenge.
Tailor-make your own workout using the provided equipment (including weights). A children’s play area will also be available to keep your kids busy while you hit those high-intensity heart rates.
They’ll be popping up in City Walk; Mirdif Uptown Park; Safa Park; Ibn Battuta; Dubai Internet City; Jumeirah Lakes Towers
Areas for football, tennis, BMX, skateboarding and parkour with specialist coaches on hand to provide guidance.
Dubai Festival City; Jumeriah Beach Residence; Mercato Mall; Skydive Dubai; Al Barsha; The Gardens.
If you need more guidance, head to a mobile fitness unit where half-an-hour classes will be offered every 45 minutes, ranging from yoga and boxercise to fitness and Pilates.
