Massive global fitness brand Les Mills is bringing a day of workouts to Dubai.
People of all fitness levels can spend Saturday (9th December) shaping up at Dubai World Trade Centre with Les Mills Live. Head along to be among the first to try BodyAttack 100 – the 100th release of the group exercise class that mixes “great music and cutting-edge science”.
Leading the charge will be fitness superstars and Les Mills Program Directors, Rachel Newsham and Lisa Osborne, who are in the Middle East for the first time. It’s one of a series of fitness festival around the world and in Dubai it’s part of the Dubai Muscle Show, which is basically a big celebration and information hub for fitness lovers of all levels.
Here’s how this year’s London show went down:
Classes are on offer from 8am through until 6pm and there’s everything from Bodystep and Bodypump to Sh’bam and Grit Cardio. Previous events have seen more than 6,000 people attend a single class and they’re expected to fill up quickly.
You can reserve up to six sessions with each ticket, which cost AED 299, and all fitness levels are welcome. FYI, there are no showers at the Trade Centre, so plan for that.
“Reebok Les Mills Live events are an opportunity for thousands of like-minded people to come together and celebrate the latest fitness trends,” said Glen Stollery, Managing Director, Les Mills Middle East and India.
Tickets are available at Virgin Megastores or via tickets.virginmegastore.me. Find out more about Reebok Les Mills Live at www.lesmills.live.
