Are burpees the only thing that will get you out of bed on a morning? Or do your PBs always happen after dark? Whenever you choose to take your exercise, the Warehouse Gym is now open (almost) 24 hours a day.
The workout chain’s Al Quoz base, which looks very much like the best kind of dark and gritty nightclub, has announced it is to stay open round the clock, with a short break from 10pm Friday until 8am Saturday.
In an announcement to members, the workout wonders said: “We don’t believe in limiting your motivation. Your training, your time.” Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird, you can chase that post-workout buzz at a time that suits.
As well as its original Al Quoz base, the Warehouse Gym now has branches at JBR and in Business Bay, with a third gym due to open in d3. Although the newest gym in Business Bay is super swanky – lots of ‘grammable copper and wood – the original Warehouse Gym has a special place in our lockers because of its OTT street art and urban vibes.
Here gym bunnies can hop on to plenty of gym equipment or into the boxing ring. The fitness studio also has a busy timetable of classes, from Crossfit to pole fitness, although these are mostly wrapped up by early evening. However, if your workout has left you hankering for healthy eats, there’s a cafe on the upper floor serving protein balls, chicken breasts, juices and such-like till midnight.
Day passes start from AED 105. Umm Suqeim Road, Al Quoz 3. 04 323 2323. 24 hours a day, until 10pm Friday (re-opens 8am Saturday).
