If you’re all about that fitness life but still appreciate the party, Dubai’s Club Vista Mare is holding a free fitness ‘gig’.
Beachside sweatfest ‘Core Beats’ combines chilled yoga and an energetic workout with a DJ and light show, all set against the gorgeous backdrop of Palm Jumeirah.
Palm-based workout studio Yoga La Vie want to help us all achieve body goals with two contrasting 60-minute sessions – Yoga Beats and Fitness Beats – on Saturday (30th June) at Club Vista Mare.
From 6pm, yoga practitioners Neha Desuja, Simona Stanton and Lara Bogdanovic will be on stage to perform a R&B-inspired flow that focus on breathing and movement. Next, Fitness Beats turns up the volume and burns up to 1,000 calories with an hour of high-intensity interval exercise to Dubai’s favourite hits, with trainers Clifford Tindell, Bradford Rahmlow, Jade Palmer and Nuno Fernandes.
It’s completely free to attend and everyone taking part gets a 15 per cent discount on food and beverage at Vista Mare’s Lebanese restaurant Ibn Al Bahr and Japanese-Peruvian eatery Aji.
Clifford Tindell, Yoga La Vie manager said: “Through Core Beats we seek to celebrate the great outdoors with innovative workouts that offer a creative change from a regular training regime. We offer a balance of intense workouts and serene yoga to offer a variety of exercises for all attendees and hope to inspire them in their journey to fitness and overall well-being.”
