Keep your fitness goals on track with free workouts at The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah.
Dubai’s newest dining, entertainment and leisure destination, is holding fitness activities on Saturday (9th February).
Bring your family and friends along to The Pointe’s Fitness Party, where anyone who’s into exercise can try a host of different classes for absolutely free.
If you want to work up a sweat this Saturday, The Pointe is the place to be. There’s everything from heart-pumping Pound sessions and rebound exercise Kangoo Jumps, all overlooking the stunning turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.
The Pointe’s beachfront plaza will be busy with group classes. Between 4.30pm-7.30pm on Saturday, you can try invigorating exercise routines including CrossFit training, boxing, Kangoo Jumps, Pound, Zumba and more.
Fitness gurus from some of Dubai’s top studios will be leading the sweat-fests.
All you need to do is turn up with a yoga mat, trainers and proper activewear. What’s on the schedule? First up is Kangoo Jumps with Elena Slavova at 4.30pm. Then there’s Cross Fit with Pinpoint at 5.30pm, followed by 30 minutes of boxing with Fitbox Gym at 6pm, before the fitness fun ends with a fun hour-long Pound Workout and Zumba Neon Party with Jed Latabe.
Afterwards, why not explore the 1.4 million square feet seafront hub’s restaurants, shops and attractions, and stroll the 1.5km promenade. Getting to The Pointe is no workout though, as there’s free parking for 1,600 vehicles.
