Namas-hey – 21st June is International Yoga Day and there are a bunch of events posed around the city that will help you stretch your body, without stretching the purse strings.
Free yoga, with Fitness First at Cove Beach.
We can think of few locations that conjure the serenity of Cove Beach at Ceasars Palace on Bluewaters Island. The beach club is surrounded by natural beauty, salt-laden air and the percussive lapping of sea on shore. The free sesh is scheduled for evening – so things shouldn’t get too warm, especially with the ocean breeze. Enjoy 90 minutes of sun salutations, and poses for a variety of ability levels. Just make sure you bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
Free. 21st June. 5.30pm-7pm. Cove Beach, Ceasars Palace, Bluewaters Island. Register at www.fitnessfirstme.com.
