Get ready, set, shopping! Dubai Summer Surprises reveals its full line-up of discounts and divas for when it returns later in June.
Citywide shopping extravaganza Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) returns from 22nd June-4th August 2018, bringing with it more than six weeks of flash offers, price cutting and entertainment.
The 21st edition of the annual Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment event launches with a 12-hour super sale. A mega-sale on 22nd June will see participating shops at Majid Al Futtaim malls in Dubai slash prices by as much as 90 per cent, from 12pm to 12am. Deals of the Day pop up from 23rd June, with unmissable offers revealed 24 hours beforehand. Discounts of 25 to 75 per cent will abound, we’re promised and last chance to shop comes with the Final Weekend Sale, from 2nd-4th August.

Dubai Big Ticket

At City Walk it’s buy-one-get-one free on Mattel Play Town and Green Planet, whilst restaurants promise “big discounts” for diners. There’s 20 per cent off at selected diners on beachside destination Le Mer too.
Sheraton Mall of the Emirates

For Music Lovers
Soulful Syrian singing sensation and reality TV show winner Nassif Zeytoun will be at Dragon Mart 2 on 13th July at 7.30pm. Dubai Festival City Mall will host talented young Bahraini singer Hala Al Turk in the evening of 4th August. Both gigs are free, so get their early to bag your spot.
Little ones can’t fail to be amused by the antics of the LEGO NINJAGO at Dubai Festival City. Take them to Mall of the Emirates and City Centre Mirdif to see the heroic pups of Paw Patrol Live. From 28th July, City Walk and The Outlet Village have charming stage show Toys to entertain smaller shoppers.
At the other side of town, Ibn Battuta Mall has whole host of characters calling in for summer, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Ducks and inhabitants of the magical island of Neverland, with a live Peter Pan show.
