Reel Cinema’s Harry Potter movie marathon has been extended

Wand-ering what to watch at the pictures? Reel Cinemas are putting Harry Potter movie marathon at the end of August.

Fantastic seats and where to find them

The original screenings were scheduled for Friday, 23rd August and Saturday, 24th August at Reel Cinemas-Dubai Marina Mall and Rove Downtown. But with seats almost sold out, the sorting hat at Reel has added a third venue, Reel Cinemas The Pointe to the line-up.

From Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone to Deathly Hallows Part Two, Potterheads will be able to relive all those emotional Potterdom milestones. From ‘You’re a wizard Harry’ all the way through to Gryffindor’s MVPs smashing horcruxes.

Expelilargemus!

The film festival takes place from 23rd-24th August, with over 11 hours of Hogwarts high culture each day. Only Sirrius fans need apply. Day one takes you through Harry Potter and ‘The Philosopher’s Stone’ (2001); ‘The Chamber of Secrets’ (2002); ‘The Prisoner of Azkaban’ (2004); and ‘The Goblet of Fire’ (2005).

Day two involves Harry Potter and the ‘Order of the Phoenix’ (2007), ‘The Half-Blood Prince’ (2009); ‘The Deathly Hallows Part 1′ (2010); and ‘The Deathly Hallows Part 2’ (2011.).

More suspenseful drama than an end of semester Quidditch match.

Wingardium Devo-osa!

We’re not looking forward to going through the Cedric Diggory scene again, but we’ve had time to heal. We’re ready.

The Malfoy-thon is priced at only AED 110 per day, which is a Hagrid-sized bargain in our books. The showings will take place at Dubai Marina Mall and The Rove Downtown, beginning at 11am. Tickets are on sale now at www.reelcinemas.ae and with limited seating, you won’t want to wait till later Ron.

Apologies for the all the Potter puns, we’re sitting here looking as guilty as a new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher.
