If 2017 is the year you’re going to try new things, then Dinner in the Sky should definitely be on your ‘to do’ list.
The world-famous “floating” dining experience, which has been all round the world, from Bristol to Bahrain, is back in the UAE this month, after debuting with a one-off night in Abu Dhabi, back in 2013.
Daring diners who don’t give a fig for heights will be suspended over Dubai International Marine Club, Mina Seyahi, from 10th January.
Want in? After an all-important safety briefing, guests will be strapped securely into their seats, before being hoisted 50 metres off the ground to enjoy food with incredible views over the Marina.
Menus for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner have been created by chefs at the Ritz Carlton DIFC and it would definitely be a unique experience for when guests visit.
“Whether you are attending as a group or joining on your own, we promise an interactive and social affair filled with superb delicacies, music, and laughter,” said Ahmed Ishbair, CEO at Dinner in the Sky in the UAE.
And the question you all want to ask – no, there isn’t a bathroom on board, but if nature calls, the platform can be lowered.
Book at www.dinnerinthesky.ae. Dining packages start from AED 499.
