Three more great reasons to hit the much-anticipated Formula 1 after-race gigs happening in November.
A trio of superstar DJs are set to hit the decks at the Du Forum on Yas Island as part of the Beyond the Track parties by Alchemy Project.
On the line-up are acclaimed masters of spin Martin Garrix (24th November), Carl Cox (25th November) and Tiësto (26th November).
The trio will be complementing headliners American pop star Pink, Scottish star DJ Calvin Harris and another big act, soon to be revealed.
Fans of dance musics, we can’t tell you a thing about these legends, but for everyone else, 21-year-old Garrix is known for his 2016 hit, In The Name of Love, and was named the top DJ in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list for last year.
Cox is a veteran of the scene, having started his career as a hardcore DJ back in the 80s. One of the pioneers of house and techno music and the founder of record label Intec, he’s known for his showmanship behind the decks and ridiculously fat beats.
Crowned in clubland as the Godfather of trance and known for his ‘arms aloft’ dancefloor anthems, Tiësto is as influential as he is talented – the readers of DJ Magazine voted him as the ‘best DJ of the last 20 years’ in a 2013 poll and Mixmag obliged with the ‘Best DJ of all time’.
