As the Dubai Fitness Challenge is cruising towards a sweaty conclusion this Saturday, we have a few ways to catch up on those daily 30 minutes and to justly treat yourself afterwards.

Kicking off

Fans of the EPL have a safe space at Lock, Stock & Barrel Barsha Heights and JBR with all the live action across the big screens. Win, lose or draw, everyone can cheer for two-for-one drinks from 4pm to 8pm, and half-price pool.

Run the streets

The JBR will be home to a pop-up mobile urban fitness unit for two days this week. Amongst a packed schedule of activities, take part in parkour challenges under the guidance of experienced coaching staff. The classes even have evening slots for you nine-to-fivers too.

It’s a 3km circuit so make sure you pack some cool water in addition to the never-ending list of small child equipment.

The shopping experience that is Burjuman will be holding a day of fun free fitness challenges as part of the lead up to the closing events of the first-ever Dubai Fitness Challenge. Activities including Zumba, circuit training and body combat will be available in the Mall’s main atrium.

Warm up for Jenny from the Block’s Dubai date with the official pre-party at Base in d3.
