Feast, Sheraton Grand Hotel
She’s probably cooked a lot of meals for you, so treat your mum and take her along to all-day diner Feast. The clever part is, on Sunday, 24th March, mothers eat Feast’s mix of international cuisine for free when they visit with their beloved brood.
As well as laying on plenty of olives, cheese and bread, chefs have also created a dessert cupcakes decorated with thoughtful sentiments such as ‘Thanks you’ and ‘Best mom’. With all this on offer, reservations are a must.

Heavenly Spa at Al Habtoor City is one of the biggest in the city, with 20 treatment rooms spread out from a Scandinavian-style central relaxation area with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Mothers get 50 per cent off treatments there 9am to 4pm, Sunday-Thursday, until 31st March.

The Dubai Mall
Sit in on a series of female-focused motivational talks at the world’s biggest shopping centre from 19th-28th March. We’ll hear from film director Nayla Al Khaja at 3rd Avenue Café on 10am-noon Wednesday and photographer/electrical engineer Abdulla Al Wahedi on Thursday, 11am to 12noon, Paul Café.

Five-star pampering awaits mommy at the veritable Arabic palace that is the Saray Spa in Business Bay. A 30-minute facial or back massage, followed by a 15-minute foot reflexology session, will set her up nicely for afternoon tea at the hotel’s chic La Farine Café & Bakery, where groups of up to six can devour hot scones, freshly-baked pastries, mini sandwiches and endless hot cups of tea.

Mums and daughters bonding-time at this funky fitness studio will be a whole heap of fun. Girls aged 10 and up can team up with their motherships to try an energetic Party at the Barre, complete with LED ballet barre, or high energy Body Blast class. Kids go free throughout March.
