Dubai Week

Three more artists announced for RedFestDXB

RedFestDXB

American hip-hop star G-Eazy, French DJ Snake and British pop singer Jess Glynne are coming to Dubai for the next edition of RedFestDXB.

All three will perform on the opening night of the festival’s 2019 date on the 14th and 15th February at Media City Amphitheatre.

They join the line-up of Camila Cabello, Macklemore and Jax Jones, who are closing the two-day party.

London-born star Glynne last performed in Dubai in 2016 and we can’t wait to hear her hits like ‘Hold My Hand’ and ‘I’ll Be There.’ Think you haven’t heard her? She’s added her powerful vocals to hits by chart-storming acts like Clean Bandit and Rudimental.

Clubbers have probably checked out G-Eazy at Dubai rave-ups Base and Cavalli Club and he was also on stage at RedFestDXB 2017 when the fest was hit with a torrential downpour. G, that’s not what we meant when we said ‘make it rain.’ Catch us on the dancefloor when ‘Me, Myself & I’ drops (in collaboration with Bebe Rexha, dontcha know?).

Finally, if we’re talking anthems, French producer and DJ Snake debuted into our ears with ‘Turn Down for What,’ which went viral for its video and the dance moves it inspired. His latest single ‘Taki Taki’ is doing equally big things AND sees him collaborating with Selena Gomez, Cardi B and Ozuna. Need to know – the 32-year-old also produced Lady Gaga’s album Born This Way.

Virgin Radio’s RedFestDXB 2019 takes place on 14th and 15th February at Media City Amphitheatre. Tickets available from Platimumlist and Virgin Megastore and prices start at AED 395. www.redfestdxb.com
