1975 reasons why
The next big act to perform at Dubai’s Coca Cola Arena has been announced. The 1975 will be bringing their festival head-lining live act to the emirate, for a stand-alone performance on the 14th August. Tickets go on sale Wednesday at 5pm and are expected to sell fast, so if you want to see their pop rock smash hits ‘Chocolate’; ‘Somebody Else’; ‘Love It If We Made It’ and ‘Girls,’ get flexing those ‘add to basket’ trigger fingers.
Keep your eyes on the Burj Khalifa tonight for a real thriller from Manila. Watch The world’s tallest tower lights up in the colours of Pambansang Watawat, Philippine’s national flag from 9.40pm. Spanning 32,467 square metres, the LED display is the world’s biggest and has captivated watchers of all nationalities since it switched on in 2016.

Farzi Cafe, ‘the modern spice bistro,’ just opened a second location – the second floor of Mall of the Emirates, near Vox cinema.
