The new technology is being described as a cross between a monorail and a ski lift. Sky Pods can seat four passengers and can travel at a speed of 50 kph along routes stretching almost 50 kilometres through Dubai’s busiest districts.
The RTA retweeted a Dubai Media Office’s tweet that gave a sneak peek into the planned route of this new transit system soon to be launched in Dubai.
