Free WiFi pretty much feels like a basic right and we’re well served with it here in Dubai.
WiFi UAE has 400 hotspots across the UAE with free and paid options and if you’ve ever connected to WiFi on the Metro or at a mall, it’s probably the network you’ve used. There are even hotspots in bus shelters and museums.
Now seven new connections have been added and two of them are in Dubai. Newly-activated are Times Square Center and Dubai Marina Walk. So you can now connect for nothing while chilling out at the subzero Ice Lounge in Times Square or strolling along the Marina.
Across the UAE, Remal Mall and Jimi Mall in Al Ain, Al Shaab Village Mall in Sharjah, Al Hamra Mall in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah Hospital, have all joined the WiFi UAE network.
Getting online is super easy – select either WiFi UAE – a free WiFi service, and WiFi UAE Premium – a paid service that allows users unrestricted upload and download speed – register to receive a log-in and off you go.
