Too busy to apply for your driving licence or renew a parking card? Help for busy people is here – Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority has launched the Mobile Customer Happiness Centre.
In the kitted-out coach, customers can get access to vehicle licensing; drivers’ licensing, and parking cards services. Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) staff will be on hand to help seniors and people of determination, who the service is aimed at.
The mobile happiness centre will pull into 14 of Dubai’s districts for 10 days every month. You can find out where it is by following the RTA on social media and customers will also be sent text messages.
Motorists who have paperwork to tackle can also use the 20 new generation self-service machines at the RTA headquarters and customer happiness centres. Eight RTA licensing services have now moved online only – find out more at www.rta.ae, the Dubai Drive app, self-service Smart Teller kiosks or by calling 800 9090.
Ahmed Mahboub, Executive Director of Customers’ Happiness at the RTA, says: “Introducing a mobile customers’ happiness centre opens a new service outlet to serve the public, especially the people of determination, senior Emiratis and residents, as well as other community segments. The service aims to boost customers’ happiness through offering diverse service delivery channels, thus saving the time and effort of seeking the service at conventional service centres.”
