You can now pay for your fuel and ‘other items’ at ENOC and EPPCO petrol stations with the new cashless ENOCPay app.
It’s free to download for Apple and Android users and includes some other handy features that make it a worthwhile contender for the home screen.
If you have the Vehicle Identification Pass (VIP), you can link your app to the pass and pay for petrol via a virtual wallet. No VIP? No problem, once you’ve created an account on the app, use the handy location settings to find the closest service stations and pay directly using linked credit/debit cards. No more summer sprint across the forecourt to the ATM!
The app also allows you to pay for non-fuel items at Zoom and Pronto. Ding, coffee and hot dogs to go, please.
ENOC is a state-owned company and with the Dubai government’s ongoing commitment to turning the emirate into a smart city, this tech upgrade should come as no surprise. Saif Humaid Al Falasi, group chief executive officer of ENOC, said: “We are working determinedly to support our leaders’ vision to be at the forefront of innovation and bring the latest technologies to our customers.”
The app is available to download on Apple and Google Play stores now.
