Legoland Dubai’s Miniland is getting lit for Eid

Legoland Dubai is staging a light show for Eid Al Adha, and it all goes down in the climate controlled comfort of their incredible Miniland attraction.

Families looking for a great way to get those fuzzy Eid feels should consider a trip to Legoland this week. The usual block-busting entertainment is being supplemented by a dazzling light show at their indoor recreation of global landmarks and cities, Miniland.

There are over 15,000 faithfully rendered models throughout the space, with multiple detailed interactive districts of Dubai providing a stunning centre piece. The 17 metre 439,000 brick Burj Khalifa tops the bill, complete with little Lego skydivers and window washers.

It makes a perfect canvas for the thrilling light show which took over 12,000 man hours to create. And all visitors to the show get a special free commemorative brick to take home. They’ll give you one, whatever you do just pinch one from the base of the BK.

The eight minute shows will take place at 7.45pm nightly until 16th August. And the park currently has an absolutely outstanding deal for GCC residents.

All those paying for single entry tickets (AED 245 for one park, AED 345 for Legoland and Legoland Waterpark), can swap their day pass for a summer pass, free of charge – granting the holder unlimited access to the park(s) until 14th September.

Legoland is open from 11am-8pm over the holiday period (until the 16th August). It’s located at Dubai Parks and Resorts in Jebel Ali, and you can buy tickets online in advance from www.legoland.com.
