The early Burj catches the stunning sunrise! From 20th September, the world’s tallest tower will once again open for visitors to watch the break of dawn.
As of Friday, 20th September, the At the Top observation decks at the Burj Khalifa will once again welcome visitors from 5.30am every Friday and Saturday, over the winter season.
From an altitude of 465-metres, see Dubai glow with ‘golden hour’ light from the dizzying vantage point of At the Top, on Levels 124 and 125. While you’re up there, stroll the outdoor terrace on 124 for breathtaking views of the city. On the 125th floor, you’ll find telescopes and a tribute to Arabic culture, where visitors can explore the city virtually through the ‘Dubai – A Falcon’s Eye View.’
Whether you’re a regular rider in the high-speed elevators, which travel at 10 metres per second, or yet to tick the world-record holding tower off your bucket list, this is definitely an exhilarating start to your day.
As well as magical views of the emirate, tickets to the sunrise sessions include a light breakfast at The Café, on comforting normality of the Burj Khalifa’s ground floor.
The group excursions begin at 5.30am, then departing every 30 minutes until the last sunrise slot at 8.30am. Visits, especially for the earlier timings can last up to around two hours.
