If you and your gang fancy a Friday feast with a difference, try the Thai Chi Friday yum cha. For those who haven’t discovered this particular dining delight, yum cha is the Cantonese art of serving dim sum, along with drinks, for an afternoon that’s bound to satisfy.
At WAFI’s Asian restaurant, Fridays are given over to unlimited dim sum that’s made fresh in-house by Head Chef Lee Sam Khoy. Choose from custard buns with salted egg yolk and shrimp balls, to chicken gyoza and radish cake, and many more varieties of seafood and chicken. Fried and steamed dumplings are sent out of the kitchen in steaming bamboo baskets of until you say stop, so polish those chopsticks and get the party started! With 14 varieties of steamed buns and balls and 10 fried options, your table will soon be stacked higher than the Downtown skyscrapers!
Diners can choose to accompany their experience with unlimited grape for AED 250, or the traditional yum cha beverage of tea for AED 120 per person. Eat, sip, chat and relax, while Thai Chi’s friendly servers make sure you’re taken care of.
