Likely to announce Apple Inc It announced its 2023 iPhone phones in September this year, and the iPhone 16 series is expected to launch around the same time next year.

Here’s everything we know about the upcoming iPhones

MacRumors reports that the iPhone 16 Pro models will come with larger screens as Apple plans to change the screen size for the 2024 iPhone, according to details revealed by Rose Young, co-founder of Display Supply Chain Consultants.

The source said that the iPhone 16 Pro and Max models will be 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches respectively.

These are likely to be OLED panels, as Apple offers the same in most of their models.

In comparison, the current iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have two screens of 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches respectively.

Notably, Apple is not planning to make any changes to the display for the iPhone 15 series, and the 2023 iPhone will retain the old panels seen on last year’s devices.

The rest of the details about the iPhone 16 series are unknown, but let’s look at the iPhone 15, as leaks have already painted a good picture of what we can expect from this year’s iPhones.

The iPhone 15 and its Plus model are expected to pack the Apple Bionic A16 chipset, while the Pro models will come with the new A17 chip.

And some reports suggest that all models will have a USB Type-C port instead of the Apple Lightning port.

The company’s new Dynamic Island feature, which was introduced only on the iPhone 14 Pro models, will reportedly feature on all devices. This means that you will find a perforated screen design on all units.

Apple is expected to offer a bigger battery module with new models and a better battery upgrade.

It seems that the iPhone 15 series will ship with the iOS 17 operating system.

And leaks indicate that the standard model gets a major upgrade in the camera department.

The rear camera setup may include a 48MP primary sensor instead of the 12MP primary camera seen on previous models.

Also, the regular versions won’t have a telephoto camera like the Pro models, as it’s only available for the high-end models according to leaks.

Pro models have larger sensors for better photo output.
