Abdul Waheed Al Rostamani Group’s leading automobile company Arabian Automobiles and Nissan’s exclusive agent in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates reported strong sales growth of 32% in the first half of this year. By 2021, market efficiency will exceed 21%.

The Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Ayat, said in a statement today (Thursday): “The growth recorded during this period is a testament to the strong recovery of the UAE economy and the wise vision and initiatives of its leadership. The Government of Dubai has announced to upgrade the status of the United Arab Emirates. We exceeded market expectations, with Nissan sales increasing by 2% compared to 2019, which is a clear expression of our team capabilities in our traditional and electronics sectors. Our customers are satisfied with every step of our journey. At the same time, we continue our commitment to sustaining this success, introducing many of the best models this year.

“As the launch of Expo 2020 Dubai approaches, we show the highest level of confidence and determination to sustain this success until next year,” Ayat added.
This development underscores the strong renaissance of the Nissan brand, which is evident in the positive performance of the SUV segment, where in November 2020 Patrol launched Nismo, X-Trail and X-Terra.
