The UAE mission continued to collect color medals at the first Integrated Arab Cycling Championships in Egypt with the participation of 17 Arab countries, raising its medal tally to 25 color medals, 8 gold, 12 silver and 5 bronze. The adult team won the gold medal in the last attempt with Egypt in the Adult Speed ​​race, thus winning the eighth gold medal in the competition so far in the United Arab Emirates. The young women’s team won the speed bronze, bringing the total number of colorful medals from the United Arab Emirates to 25 before the rest of the tournament was postponed due to rain on the track at the end of yesterday’s competition.

On the other hand, Mansour Pu Asaiba, President of the Cycling Union, and Yasser al-Tuki, Secretary-General of the United Arab Emirates, arrived in Cairo yesterday morning to attend the regular general meeting of the Arab League and to be part of the national team.
