He pointed out that the initiative is based on three pillars: the training of a large number of paramedics, the distribution of 10,000 CPR devices and the smart application that recognizes the adjacent paramedic and the adjacent device.

He added: “If a person has a sudden heart attack or loses consciousness on the street or in a public place, his peers or members of the community can use the smart app to find out what’s nearby. The assistive device, and the nearest specialist medical assistant or hospital, and the applicant submits the request to the nearest paramedic. .

Noting that a number of defibrillator devices will be distributed covering all the geographical areas of Dubai, he said that in collaboration with several government agencies, he has begun to form teams of trainers to train his staff on cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
