Microsoft plans to launch the Xbox streaming tool next year

Date:

Rather than bringing everyone to the Xbox, Microsoft is trying to bring the Xbox to everyone. Under the Xbox Everywhere program, Microsoft expands the ways in which users can access the Xbox anytime, anywhere, and the Xbox Cloud Gaming operating system is a prime example.

Earlier this month, Microsoft added Fortnite to its cloud gaming platform, allowing the Redmond-based giant to expand its range further next year, allowing it to stream for free on any device, at any time.

According to a recent report by VentureBeat, citing “those who are familiar with the development”, Microsoft is working on an Xbox cloud game streaming device, which is mostly a streaming stick, and is expected to arrive in the next 12 months. You’d expect it to look like Amazon’s Fire TV stick, which would allow users to stream games from the GamePass library, in addition to regular movies and TV shows like other streaming devices.

However, due to the ongoing war situation in Ukraine and the locking up of China one can expect initial visual limitations, in addition to the exclusive streaming device, Microsoft is also working with Microsoft to bring Xbox Cloud Gaming to Samsung TVs, and Microsoft is developing Xbox Cloud Gaming. Apps for Samsung TVs will allow users to stream games on the company’s TV without the need for any external streaming device, and the app is expected to launch next year.
