The Ministry of Health and Population announced the trial of 1,490,000 women as part of President Abdel Fattah L-CC’s effort to “maintain maternal and fetal health” to detect maternal and fetal diseases early. He stressed that the initiative is consistent with the framework for implementing and improving the quality of routine services provided by maternal and child care, within the services of health departments and maternal and child care centers. For his part, the managing director of this initiative is Dr. Fauzi Fathi, the services of this initiative are provided in all health departments and medical centers, and cases requiring advanced medical examinations are referred to 90 referral centers for B and HIV. At 163 referral centers, syphilis patients across the country, diagnosed with high blood sugar or any other risk factor, are referred for a thorough evaluation and treatment at 303 hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health.

The effort is being carried out by more than 4,000 medical teams. Training them on how to handle the beneficiaries and completing the follow-up card and entering data, medical teams, equipment and supplies are distributed according to the number of pregnant women in each unit. , And that work continues from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on official working days.

He pointed out that by establishing an integrated database for the survey, the beneficiary would link it with the health facilities involved in the effort to facilitate the follow-up of the woman and transfer her to the nearest center to receive the treatment required for her condition.
