Ahmed Fattou’s agent decides to renew the player’s contract with Zamalek

Samir Salah, the agent of Zamalek star Ahmed Fattou, has spoken about the latest developments in negotiations between White Club officials and the player to renew his contract.

Fatou’s contract with Zamalek expires at the end of the current season. That means he can sign for any club next January.

According to previous media reports, Fattuh has received an offer from Zamalek’s traditional rivals Al-Ahli.

Samir Salah said in TV reports: “I manage all the work of Fattou, and Ahmed Yahya is his official agent, and Zamalek is unstable at the moment, everyone who talks to the player in the current period brings closer the matter between us. Zamalek club.”

He added: “The issue is close between us and Zamalek, but it will not be resolved until a permanent board of directors is elected. We sat down twice with Abdel Waheed El-Sayed and things are close, and I promise within 20 or 25 days. The matter will be resolved.”

He continued: “Ahmed Fattuh is the son of Zamalek club and the club is good for us, it is very close to renewal. Almost everything has been agreed, and on God the new board of directors will come and give him, there is no negotiation from Al-Ahli club and everything that has been said is completely false interpretations.

He stressed: “Ahmed Fattouh is comfortable in Zamalek, 95% he will play in Egypt if he doesn’t get a European professional offer. Otherwise, he will not play in Egypt other than Zamalek. Currently, there are no professional offers. The player was previously. Received an external offer from Dutch Ajax Amsterdam. , but the sums demanded by Zamalek were too great, so things did not work out.

It is to be noted that the player is currently with the Egyptian national team in the United Arab Emirates camp to prepare for friendly matches against Zambia and Algeria.

Fatou has been playing with the first team at Zamalek since his first promotion in 2016, during which time he had loan spells at Npi and Smouha.

The 25-year-old made 129 appearances for Zamalek, scoring 5 goals and providing 11 assists.
