Dubai, 5th October / WAM / The Customer Council of the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai held a dialogue session through social media channels (X, Facebook, Instagram) during which it discussed and discussed the services provided to the public, users and patrons. Taxis and limousines.

Al Mulla emphasized that the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai is always keen and constantly strives to improve the level of progress of all its services, including services in the taxi and limousine sector, especially as this sector is considered one of the most important sectors. It reflects the bright cultural face and prestigious status of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai in general. The council discussed a number of topics and points with attendees through social media, including providing more taxis in different parts of the Emirate of Dubai and expanding the parking area reserved for these vehicles.
The Consumer Council also discussed the ongoing efforts of the Roads and Transport Authority to focus on increasing the number of electric taxis, with a view to supporting the state’s efforts to protect the environment, including promoting sustainability.
