Yesterday, the Jebel Ali Horse Racing Track announced the racing calendar for the new 2023-2024 season, which includes 11 races starting tomorrow and the season lasting evenings until next March, each with its own identity, concept and tagline including various social events, vibrant with the excitement of the racing world. and adding new ones.

Details of the new season were announced during a press conference at Jebel Ali Racecourse, which was attended by Track Director Mohammed Al-Ahmad, H.H. Laura Sawaya for the Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Racing Festival Furbred Arabian Horses. , and Yasser Mabrouk, Director of Racing Development at the Emirates Horse Racing Authority, and representatives from sponsoring companies.

In his speech at the conference, Al-Ahmad said: “The new season has an ambitious vision to improve the racing experience at Jebel Ali Racecourse, and push towards quality excellence and integration with the local environment. The 11 races are a unique identity and power of racing based on social activities and promotion. He explained: “The country’s The horse racing season, whether Arabian or Thoroughbred, is distinguished by its unique identity in the region in light of the elite modern tracks and the strength of the various races. We are keen to strengthen cooperation. and integration with the rest of the tracks to serve the world of the equestrian industry.”

Al-Ahmad praised the collaboration with the racing clubs and their efforts to improve their product. He said: “We are working to make every effort to come out of the new season with great race wins and to work on an incentive system rather than increasing prize money, including adding new races. We need to reorganize the equity races and give them a wider range of horses.
