On her 72nd birthday, award-winning Jill Biden visited the Giza Pyramids in Egypt

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) — The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities announced this morning that US First Lady Jill Biden will visit the ancient Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. Official visit to Egypt.

Egypt’s Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Ahmed Issa, and Secretary General of the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities, Mustafa Waziri, accompanied the US President’s wife and gave briefings during a tour of the archaeological site. Biden was eager to take his commemorative photos in the Ancient Pyramids area, in front of the Great Pyramid of Khufu from the outside, the panorama area and the Sphinx statue.

At the end of the visit, the Egyptian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities presented Biden with a souvenir, a replica of a baronic necklace.

Waziri shared several photos of Jill Biden’s visit to the Pyramids at Giza, including a picture of her wearing a cloned baronic necklace, through her official account on the “Instagram” website.

For his part, Biden expressed his happiness with the visit and his admiration for the pyramids of Giza through his official account on Twitter: “What a wonderful way to start the day, I was lucky enough to visit the Great Pyramids. Giza.”

It should be noted that Jill Biden’s visit to the Giza Pyramids coincides with her 72nd birthday, born on June 3, 1951.
