Apple shocks owners of older iPhones with this practice

Date:

Apple has shocked owners of iPhones running iOS 14 with this move.

The US company “Apple” has stated that it will no longer provide security updates for operating systems that use older “iPhone” phones, and will only release security updates for phones running the “iOS 15” operating system.

The security update for “iOS 14” last June described it as temporary.

Apple will give users a short time to switch to the latest operating system, otherwise they will be exposed to various security risks due to lack of security updates for their iPhone phones.

Last June, Apple offered iPhone users a grace period to delay the inevitable update of the “iOS 15” system, which was launched last October and guarantees them the option to stay on “iOS 14” or try something new. They may be affected by not receiving the system, or new security updates.
