Vivo’s gaming-focused subsidiary iQOO has announced the launch of its latest flagship phones in India, the QOO 9 and 9Pro.

Unlike previous iQOO devices, it does not actually look like a gaming phone, although it does focus on performance. According to Theverge, these phones are scheduled to be available from March 2nd.

iQOO 9 Pro Specifications

The iQOO 9 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, up to 12GB of RAM and a 4,700mAh battery.

The screen will be a 6.78-inch 1440-pixel 120Hz OLED panel, while the camera system will feature a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 16-megapixel portrait camera and a 50-megapixel main sensor that use gimbal-style positioning. , Just like any other Vivo flagship phone.

It can be charged by a cable up to 120 watts or up to 50 watts by wireless charging.

iQOO 9. Specifications

The Pro differs from the regular iQOO 9 model in that it comes with a Snapdragon 888 Plus processor and a 4,350mAh battery.

The iQOO 9 has a 6.56-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1080 pixels at 120 Hz.

The small camera pump has a 48MP main camera, 13MP ultraviolet camera and 13MP portrait camera. The phone still comes with 120W wired charging, but no wireless option.

iQOO 9 and 9 Pro both run on Vivo’s Funtouch OS 12, which is based on Android 12.

In India, the iQOO 9 Pro is priced at around Rs 64,990 ($ 870) for the model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage or Rs 69,990 ($ 940) for the 12GB / 256GB model.

As for the iQOO 9, it will be priced at Rs 42,990 ($ 580) for 8GB / 128GB and Rs 46,990 ($ 630) for 12GB / 256GB.
