Ahead of the peak of seasonal pollen in Japan, experts have warned against confusing hay fever with symptoms of Omigran infection, Gigi Press reported.

According to a survey conducted in the UK by the Japanese Society of Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, 73% of Omigran mutants suffer from nasal congestion and 60% from sneezing.

There are concerns that Omigron vectors may spread the infection by failing to control their functions with the misconception that their symptoms are caused by pollen allergies.

“If you only have itchy eyes, you may have hay fever,” said Yorika Kimura, head of otolaryngology at Ibra Hospital in Tokyo. It is better to suspect that you have an infection.

Kimura, who is responsible for corona virus activity in the medical community, also warned that people who were not previously allergic to pollen could develop infections if they suddenly develop symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing.
