The Emirates Red Crescent Commission team participating in the Zayed Charity Marathon in the Arab Republic of Egypt today visited the Al Nass Children's Foundation Hospital, the largest free heart and digestive disease hospital in Africa. The Middle East aims to review the services provided by the hospital and examine its needs, the ways and possibilities of providing medicines, equipment, medical personnel and the support they need, bringing happiness to sick children. their hearts.

The Authority's team, led by Director of Disaster Relief and Preparedness Department Obaid Al Balushi, toured several departments of the hospital and visited several wards. Children were given iPads to monitor progress in emergency departments, operating rooms and patient care.

Al Balushi emphasized that the visit comes in line with the principles and values ​​always affirmed by the Head of State, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, by strengthening the UAE's role in the arena. Humanitarian aid, and contributing to reducing the burden of suffering on the shoulders of patients and their families.
