The liver is one of the largest glands in the human body and performs very complex and important functions, and many do not realize its role only if they fail to do so.

The liver has many functions and functions that affect many organs and parts of the body because it plays a role in the digestion and absorption of fats, and its role in processing the blood coming from the stomach and intestines; This includes breaking down certain substances and keeping them in the right proportions, creating new nutrients that the body needs.

Russian nutritionist Nuria Dianova says a daily diet can improve the function and condition of the liver, protecting it from the accumulation of fat in the liver cells and the risk of it.

In an interview with “Radio Sputnik”, Dynova explained that a person who follows an unhealthy diet gradually begins to accumulate fat in his liver cells, and eating at least 50 grams daily of a dairy product called “cottage cheese” can help improve it. Liver functions and protects against diseases. According to Russia Today.

He noted the methionine methionine, an amino acid found in cheese, and said, “This amino acid helps the liver function better and fights disease,” and methionine helps reduce the amount of fat in the liver.

He explained, “From a scientific point of view, we can say that cheese improves the metabolism of liver cells, and the average person is advised to eat at least 50 grams of cheese a day.”

He pointed out that cheese can be eaten with any meal, but there is a difference in the ingredients and 50 grams of cheese is enough for breakfast and up to 100 grams for lunch. Cheese and the same amount can be eaten at dinner.
