Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s premier private real estate developers, has confirmed a new collaboration with Scheidt & Bachmann Middle East, the regional division of the distinguished German technology group. The partnership covers the design, supply and integration of a state-of-the-art parking management system for Burj Azizi, soon to be the world’s second-tallest building.

With its headquarters in Germany and more than 150 years of global expertise, Scheidt & Bachmann is recognised as a leader in mobility and access solutions. Its sophisticated parking technologies are used in major international airports, large retail destinations and high-profile global developments, delivering automated operations, digital payments and data-driven efficiency.

The agreement underscores Azizi Developments’ dedication to implementing advanced systems and high-grade infrastructure within its flagship projects. The new smart parking solution from Scheidt & Bachmann will support smooth vehicle movement, maximise parking allocation and elevate the user experience for residents, visitors and tenants through intelligent automation and seamless digital integration.

Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said: “Our newly formed partnership with Scheidt & Bachmann Middle East aligns perfectly with our objective of integrating the latest proven technologies into every aspect of Burj Azizi. Their world-class systems and established expertise will ensure the tower’s operations are efficient, sustainable, and user centric. As one of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, Burj Azizi is designed to set new benchmarks in engineering, innovation, and lifestyle. This new signing brings us one step closer to realizing that vision.”

Set for completion in 2029, the 725-metre, 140-storey tower will feature an exceptional combination of residential, hospitality, retail and entertainment facilities. A premium luxury mall featuring leading designer labels will anchor the retail offering, while the residential collection will comprise elegant one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Every 20 residential floors will feature a dedicated amenities level equipped with swimming pools, sauna and steam rooms, a fully furnished gym and yoga studio, a spa, games rooms including billiards, chess and table tennis, a business centre, a cinema, a restaurant, a café and a supermarket. Above these, a series of exclusive penthouses ranging from one to five bedrooms will enjoy private access to all amenities, with separate lobbies for penthouse residents.

Ascending further, an all-suite seven-star hotel – inspired by seven global cultural themes spanning Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French and Russian influences – will bring a new dimension to luxury hospitality. It will include themed restaurants, a distinguished Emirati dining venue, a grand ballroom and a signature beach club.

Burj Azizi is also expected to set numerous world records, including the highest observation deck on level 130, highest hotel lobby on level 111, highest nightclub on level 126, highest restaurant on level 122 and highest hotel room on level 118. The tower’s summit will house a dedicated museum charting the evolution and construction of the project through multimedia displays, from imagery to video and graphical exhibits.

Azizi Developments welcomes visitors to its Sales Gallery located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
