The brand unveils fresh dining concepts, modernised facilities, and guest-focused innovations to cater to soaring demand

With Dubai’s tourism industry preparing for a surge of international visitors in the last quarter of the year, Central Hotels & Resorts, among the UAE’s fastest-growing hospitality groups, has announced a wave of enhancements across its portfolio. These include upgraded amenities, refreshed dining experiences, and technology-led services, aimed at meeting heightened demand while raising service benchmarks.

As global events such as GITEX Global and Cityscape attract tens of thousands of attendees, the group is reporting that its reservations are already running 20% higher than the same period last year—a testament to the strength of Dubai’s hospitality sector.

In anticipation, Central Hotels & Resorts has invested heavily in staff development, ensuring employees are equipped to deliver consistently high standards. Training has centred on guest engagement, service delivery, and instilling a sense of ownership in staff to enhance satisfaction levels. Several top performers have also stepped into new leadership roles, reinforcing continuity in service quality.

Abdulla Ahmad Ali Al Abdulla Al Ansari, Chief Operating Officer and Group General Manager, commented, “Our focus this quarter is on creating a balance between efficiency and personalized service. We’ve trained and empowered our teams to anticipate guest needs, respond swiftly, and create moments of delight throughout their stay. From the enhanced dining experiences at Royal Grill Bar and The Palm to the new Choi Terrace, every initiative is designed with the guest in mind. Even during peak season, we want each guest to feel valued, comfortable, and at home.”

This season’s upgrades include refurbished F&B outlets, premium in-room amenities, and refined service touches that underline the brand’s dedication to detail and comfort.

For business travellers, new features such as flexible check-in and check-out, enlarged lobby workspaces, and high-speed internet connections provide a seamless mix of productivity and relaxation.

Central Hotels & Resorts is also advancing its digital transformation. QR-based menus and payment systems are being rolled out across restaurants, while live chat tools and instant request services enhance convenience and allow guests to explore Dubai more easily.

The season will additionally see the debut of “Saturday Vibes,” a weekly entertainment programme with DJs, themed menus, and lively social gatherings, alongside rotating food and beverage concepts to keep experiences fresh and engaging.

“Dubai is entering one of its most dynamic tourism periods in recent years, and Central Hotels & Resorts is fully committed to supporting this growth. Our strategy is simple yet comprehensive: deliver operational excellence, create personalized experiences, and embrace innovation at every touchpoint. By doing so, we ensure that our guests—whether visiting for business, leisure, or special events—enjoy the very best Dubai has to offer, all while feeling genuinely cared for,” concluded Al Ansari.
