  • Thoughtfully designed one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, including exclusive garden homes and premium penthouses offering expansive views of Downtown Dubai and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary
  • Interiors inspired by quiet luxury and Swiss craftsmanship, featuring generous floorplans, smart home systems and high-quality materials such as oak wood, travertine, marble and bronze metal
  • A lifestyle concept aligned with Dubai’s growing demand for wellness-centred, community-focused living, reflecting the city’s move toward integrated “vertical village” neighbourhoods that prioritise wellbeing, convenience and seamless connectivity

DHG Properties has unveiled the interior concept and living experience of Helvetia Verde, following its introduction within the forward-thinking Meydan Horizon masterplan. Continuing the Helvetia brand’s ethos of merging Swiss precision with Dubai’s contemporary lifestyle, the tower offers residences shaped by intelligent layouts, open design, elevated materials and a suite of amenities that enhance daily life.

The development comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including a select number of garden homes with private landscaped terraces, as well as top-floor three-bedroom penthouses featuring panoramic views of Downtown Dubai and the natural surroundings of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.

Every residence has been crafted to balance form and function. Efficient spatial planning and refined interiors optimise light, flow and a sense of openness throughout. Premium materials such as oak wood, travertine, marble and bronze metal elevate the living environment, ensuring lasting quality from the moment residents enter the building to the finishing touches within each home. A curated palette of colours and textures creates an atmosphere defined by tranquillity and understated luxury.

“With Helvetia Verde we wanted to offer an interconnected lifestyle that resonates with Dubai’s modern urban vision. Today, residents are far more intentional about how they live, and they’re gravitating toward homes that genuinely elevate their daily experiences and routines while securing long term value,” said Blagoje Antic, DHG’s Founder and CEO. “In every aspect of our interiors and amenities, we aimed to deliver more for our clients, pushing quality and precision to the next level, at a standard unprecedented within the affordable luxury segment. I am confident that we have set a new benchmark for refined living.”

Dubai’s emergence as a city built around integrated, mixed-use “vertical villages” is reshaping expectations for contemporary urban living. As homebuyers increasingly seek properties that foster wellness, community and holistic lifestyle support, Helvetia Verde aligns with this shift by offering enhanced environments designed for movement, mindfulness and healthier routines.

To meet these evolving needs, Helvetia Verde offers a wide range of lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool with sunbeds and a pool bar, an indoor gym complemented by an outdoor fitness area, a jogging track, and dedicated yoga and meditation zones. Residents can also enjoy landscaped gardens with picnic areas, a children’s play area, a welcoming lobby with concierge services, round-the-clock video monitoring and a convenient ground-floor retail space.

Situated within the newly envisioned Meydan Horizon district, Helvetia Verde strengthens the area’s masterplan by placing residents close to shaded walkways, cafés, restaurants, boutique retail, green parks and a nearby crystal-blue lagoon. As Dubai enters a new era of urban living, convenience, community and integrated experiences are becoming essential for the city’s modern residents.
