Dubai’s FALCONE Rolls Out New Dining Experiences for January

A popular Italian dining spot in Dubai is transforming how residents approach their weekly routines, with a trio of new offerings designed to span every corner of the calendar.

FALCONE, situated at Barsha Galleria Mall, has introduced Monday pizza nights, weekend breakfast service, and a monthly family brunch throughout January 2026. The move signals a strategic expansion beyond the traditional dinner-focused Italian restaurant model.

For pizza enthusiasts seeking an affordable midweek indulgence, the venue has launched Pizza Club on Monday evenings. The promotion features four chef-selected varieties priced at AED 50 each: Margherita, Marinara, Spicy Salami, and Sausage & Mushrooms. The offer runs through Wednesday 31 January 2026 and is exclusively available for dine-in guests, positioning it as a casual option for those craving authentic Italian flavours without the weekend premium.

Meanwhile, the restaurant is also tapping into the weekend breakfast market. From 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, FALCONE now serves a dedicated morning menu that reimagines pizza for the breakfast table. Four newly-developed breakfast pizzas anchor the offering: Spicy Tomato, Potato, Mushroom, and Carbonara, each finished with a perfectly cooked egg. Traditional options like Margherita and Bresola remain available, and diners can request additional eggs on any dish without incurring extra charges.

The breakfast experience doesn’t end with savoury fare. Sweet offerings include Sfogliatella, the classic flaky pastry filled with ricotta and cinnamon custard, alongside an Italian Pancake featuring orange ricotta topped with honey and pistachio. For those with simpler tastes, there’s Nutella with marshmallow, dusted with powdered sugar. The relaxed format caters to families, friend groups, or solo diners looking for an indulgent start to their day.

Perhaps the most ambitious addition is Bambini Brunch, scheduled for the third Sunday of each month. The inaugural event takes place on Sunday 18 January 2026, running from 1 pm to 4 pm. Priced at AED 250 per adult and AED 60 per child, the brunch adopts a sharing-style approach designed to encourage communal dining.

Adults receive a multi-course spread featuring Insalata di Pollo, Nonna’s Meatballs, Fritto Misto, Fusilli alla Vodka, Margherita Pizza, Chicken Parm, Oven-Roasted Potatoes, and Tiramisu. Children receive their own dedicated menu complemented by unlimited gelato and toppings. Beyond the food, the brunch incorporates family-oriented entertainment including face painting and magician performances, transforming the meal into an afternoon event rather than just another dining experience.

The triple launch represents a calculated effort to establish FALCONE as an all-day destination rather than limiting its appeal to lunch and dinner service. By spreading new offerings across different days and times, the venue positions itself as a flexible option for various occasions throughout the week.

FALCONE operates daily from 10 am to 11 pm at units 07 and 08 in Galleria Mall, Al Barsha. The restaurant emphasises authentic Italian cuisine delivered in an approachable, casual setting.

The venue operates under Black Sheep Restaurants, a hospitality group founded by Syed Asim Hussain in 2012. What began as a single concept has expanded into a portfolio of over 50 restaurants, establishing what the company describes as Asia’s most compelling hospitality movement. While Hong Kong serves as the group’s home base, Black Sheep has extended its reach to Singapore and Dubai, building each venue around connected storytelling and narrative-driven experiences.

The company positions itself at the intersection of art, culture, innovation and hospitality, with a philosophy centred on the people, places, times and memories that inspire each concept. This approach has garnered recognition from prominent culinary institutions including the MICHELIN Guide, Asia’s 50 Best and La Liste.

Beyond restaurant operations, Black Sheep maintains a social impact arm through the Black Sheep Family Fund, established in 2015 and operating as a registered charity since 2023. The fund partners with charitable organisations, coordinates global relief efforts, and supports the extended community. The initiative reflects the company’s stated commitment to community-focused work and the belief that genuine hospitality extends beyond the dining room.

For January diners in Dubai, the new offerings at FALCONE provide options whether seeking an affordable Monday night pizza, a leisurely weekend breakfast, or a monthly family gathering complete with entertainment. Each addition maintains the restaurant’s focus on Italian authenticity while adapting to different dayparts and dining occasions.
