Egypt’s national under-18 basketball team defeated Israel (20-13) in the second match of the World Cup in Hungary from August 24 to 29.

With points (18-13) the Egyptian team won its second match after its Romanian teammate.

The junior team plays in Group C with Belarus, Germany, Romania and Israel, while the girls play in Group A, which includes Spain, the Netherlands, Ukraine and Romania.

Imad Ashraf leaves World Wrestling Championship despite defeating Israel

The U.S. national team is the world champion at the junior and junior levels.

The World Youth Wrestling Championship, held in the Russian city of Ufa from August 16 to 22, is an Egyptian-Israeli clash.

Egyptian wrestler Imad Ashraf defeated his Israeli rival David Zidomirski in the final of the 77kg event in a combined final (5-0) to win the quarterfinals of the Armenian Championship (5-1).

However, the Egyptian wrestler lost to Norwegian champion Exos Mokopo in the semi-finals and was content with fifth place in the tournament after losing to Iranian Mohamed Hussein (4-8) in the “coordination” fight.
