The Cyber ​​Security Excellence Awards 2023 program is highly competitive, with more than 800 entries in more than 300 award categories. All winners demonstrate the highest levels of innovation and excellence in addressing emerging threats in the cyber security industry.

The UAE has moved up 42 places in the Global Cyber ​​Security Index launched by the International Telecommunication Union, from forty-seventh place in 2017 to fifth place in 2020, reflecting progress on the cyber security agenda in the UAE. Safe digital, reducing cybercrime by ensuring change.

The UAE has set two Guinness World Records in the past six months for the largest virtual competition “Capture the Flag” and the largest in-person competition “Reward for Disease”.
