Maybe it’s a play by the board of directors OpenAI CEO Sam Altman was fired last week and rehired in the same role three days later, giving rival tech giants an opportunity to beef up their teams with research scientists.

Salesforce and Microsoft executives have already invited OpenAI researchers to join their companies, according to India’s TOI website, with a report indicating an influx of resumes at Google as OpenAI employees expressed willingness to jump ship.

Shortly after Altman’s firing, several employees resigned from the company, unaware that the drama would soon end with Altman’s return to the company. There was no word on whether those who resigned would return to work at Microsoft. – Support goes to agency or elsewhere. However, it seems they have good news.

Amid the three-day saga, Microsoft was seen as a “winner” because it moved quickly to hire Altman and co-founder Greg Brockman, who resigned after Altman’s firing and has now returned to OpenAI.

“Job Opportunities”

In a post on X, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff invited OpenAI researchers who left the platform to work at Salesforce. He also announced plans to help immigration victims through Open AI on O1, H1B or other visas.
