Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists circulated a video on social media of Camila Harris, US Vice President Joe Biden speaking during her speech and challenges at the “City Mayors” conference.

In part, before Harris started laughing, he said, “I know you both are ready for this challenge because you are teens.
The Teens Conference is the annual meeting of mayors, business leaders and other experts of American cities, and its current session for 2022 is being held in Renault, USA.
It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that activists have laughed at Harris, as activists circulated a video clip of his press conference with Polish President Andrzej Duda during his visit to the Polish capital, Warsaw, last March.

During the press conference, Harris was asked a question in which he said: “I would like to hear from a colleague in Poland who recently spoke to the mayor of the largest frontier city, who said that he was an asylum seeker. Can do, but not without, finally, I wonder if the US will do other comprehensive things to build a permanent structure and if the US is willing to have a place for Ukrainian refugees?
After a few minutes of silence between the two officers looking at each other after that question, Harris began to laugh before she could say, “Well, the friend in need is a real friend.”
