Activision has fixed match server issues in some older Call of Duty titles For Xbox 360 Players have been complaining for the past few years about matchmaking issues in classics like Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, as they couldn’t get into lobbies for multiplayer modes, and now the servers are back. Driving the number of players in Call of Duty: Black Ops (which may not be entirely accurate) is over 100,000.

That’s not to say that thousands of Xbox 360 consoles are suddenly running, thanks to Microsoft’s backwards compatibility support on Xbox, allowing Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X owners to play these classic Call of Duty games. Report..

All you have to do is put in your old game disc or install a digital copy of the game, and all of your Xbox 360 progress from a decade ago will be preserved, including your Call of Duty rankings.

However, despite thousands of people returning to play these Call of Duty games, all is not smooth sailing. GameRand reports that the Xbox Series S/X has some input lag issues with Microsoft’s proposed acquisition. Call of Duty. Activision Blizzard is in its final stages and these input lag issues will be fixed soon.

After all, it can’t be entirely a coincidence that these Call of Duty games have now been surprisingly adapted, just as Microsoft prepares to put Activision games on its Xbox Game Pass service.
