“Municipal Presence” organizes “We consult you” forum in Al Tafra

“Municipal Presence” in Al Dhafra Municipality organized the forum “We consult with you” in Madinat Said Oasis in the presence of a large number of residents within the framework of a series of forums organized by the “Municipal Presence” group. To promote direct communication with residents at the level of cities in the region, under the heading “We consult with you”, and with all segments of society based on the interest of the municipality, listening to their opinions and aspirations and placing them in the planning. and levels of functioning that lead to improved quality of life, social satisfaction and happiness.
The meeting, which opened with a welcome address, played the National Anthem, presented community facilities and projects, including a plan to install new multi-purpose event halls, renovation and development of Bynuna slaughterhouse. Madinat Saeed Oasis, review of mini-parks scheme and addition to the scheme of creating multi-use playgrounds in the parks.
A project was awarded to design and construct bicycle lanes and paths, a project for the first park in Al Tafra region, especially for the determined people and their families, to provide lighting, entrances and parking spaces for Madinat Saeed – Qayadi Road E13. Service facilities, Mohammed Khalaf Al Masroui road rehabilitation project and maintenance, operation and agricultural works in Madinah Said, community partnership and recreation, quality of public appearance and services of Al Dhafra Regional Municipality. A discussion and dialogue was initiated with the participants, and their needs and satisfaction with the “Nashwerkum” initiative was explored.
