Official letter from FIFA… The confederation identifies Luis Felipe’s replacement on the World Cup roster

Saudi Al-Ittihad have made another move to replace injured Italian defender Luis Filippi in their roster for the Saudi Club World Cup 2023 before the transfer deadline expires.

The Italian suffered a muscle tear during the last match against Damak in the round of 16 of the Saudi Roshan League, which resulted in him being sidelined for six weeks, officially confirming his absence from the World Cup.

According to the “Bra 18” plan, Al-Jedawi Club sent an official letter to the International Football Federation (FIFA) to transfer the player, as the regulations allow clubs to do so, and the team has 24 hours. Reasons like first match and serious injuries are mandatory.
