Saudi Arabia – Al-Riyadh – Arab stadiums for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Vietnam and Oman


French coach Herv Renard has announced the Saudi national squad for the finals of the 2022 Asian World Cup qualifiers in Vietnam and Oman in Qatar.

The Saudi national team managed to reach the third round with 6 wins in the second round, two draws and 20 points without any loss.

The Saudi national team will face its Vietnamese counterpart in the first round of Group B matches on September 2, before facing Oman on the seventh.

The top two places in both teams in this group, Japan, Australia and China, qualified directly for the finals, with the third place playing a playoff, in which the winner qualifies for a continent playoff.

Renard summoned 25 players: Mohammed al-Owais, Zaid al-Bawardi, Fawaz al-Qarni, Mohammed al-Yami, Abdullah Maddo, Abdul Ila al-Omari, Ali al-Fulaihi, South Abdul Hameed, Mohammed Kabrani, Mohammed al-Buraik, Sultan Shahrani, Abdullah Atif, Ali Al Hasan and Abdul Ila Al Maliki. Al-Hamdan, Saleh al-Shehri.
