Sharjah Municipality applies a 50% discount for all its violations, including public parking

Sharjah City Municipality announced that it has immediately started implementing the Executive Committee’s decision to offer a 50% discount on the total value of fines resulting from all violations issued before September 5, 2023, including public parking.

Khalid Bin Falah Al Suwaidi, Acting Director of Customer Services of Sharjah City Municipality, said in a statement to “Direct Line” that the decision of the Sharjah Executive to provide a 50% discount for municipal violations has been applied to all municipalities since yesterday. emirate, and covers all types of violations such as parking and engineering violations. Regulation and Health will apply to all violations occurring before September 5, 2023 and will continue for 90 days until December 3, 2023.

Sharjah City Municipality announced to individuals, business sector and government and semi-government organizations. The Executive Committee’s decision to grant a 50% discount on the total value of fines resulting from all violations issued prior to September 5, 2023 began immediate implementation.

All individuals, commercial sector and government and semi-government organizations can benefit from this waiver, which is valid till December 3, 2023, i.e. after the expiry of the stipulated period for the waiver, i.e. 90 days from the date of publication of the decision.
